About Susan Battley

Susan Battley, Psy.D., Ph.D. is an internationally renowned leadership psychologist, executive coach, author, and educator specializing in strategic leadership, behavioral economics, and organization change management.

For more than twenty years she has helped an international clientele of business CEOs, university presidents, entrepreneurs, public officials, and world-class technical professionals and scientists maximize their effectiveness in high-stakes roles and situations.

The Clinton White House Office of Science and Technology Policy commended her radio program on leadership excellence, Fast Focus on Success.

She holds four advanced degrees, including doctorates in both clinical psychology from Long Island University (Psy.D.) and economic history with Distinction from Stony Brook University (Ph.D.)
